1210 oil problem
I have my 1210 running very well now. But.... I have a problem. It wouldn't start for me yesterday. i took the air cleaner off and found that it was soaked with oil. I left the filter off and the tractor would start. I decided to quickly with it to see if it ran good with it off. It does run great. I put a new filter in it and finished mowing. No problems. Now today, same thing. I took the soaked filter off and checked the oil in the motor. i thought it, must be overfull. It as actually down a little. I ran it for a couple of laps through the yard with no filter and parked it in the garage. It dripped a mix of oil and gas out of the carb . It made a puddle about 1 foot diameter in about 5minutes. ( This was after it was shut down. It has no smoke at all coming from the muffler. I a little smoke coming from the engine area where the hot oil is running down the engine.) Any ideas? Thanks, Jason
