I was able to determine hole locations on the shaft removed from my 122. The shaft was definitely a OEM shaft with the extra hole and cut-line marked to add a creeper.
Since the tranny end of mine sheared off through the coupling pin hole, I was given the size of the shaft as 18.19" long X 5/8" diameter. Holes should be drilled to 1/4" (0.250") to accomodate the 1/4" spiral pins, drilling undersize is not necessary. Measuring from the front (engine) end of the shaft to each hole center, the dimensions are as follows:
1-1/16"
2-3/16"
9-5/16"
13-1/8" (coupler hole for creeper length)
17-7/8"
These dimensions were taken using a tape measure. If these hole locations differ from anyone else's, please let me know and we'll change them as necessary.
I'm going to eliminate the extra hole for the creeper length, since I have no plans to add a creeper any time soon.
Hope this helps others without stepping on any toes.
