Well did a little looking over the 147 today. The PO sure knows how to make a mess of things. Wonder why it didn't charge? Voltage reg. was new at one time, but where the two rubbers are on the top and bottom, they were broke and put together with black tape.
Next was the wiring, what a mess, there's breaks in the coating all threw it, and black tape!
Check out the battery holders position.
The grill shroud had two bolts holding it in place. I found an empty bottle of 5w-30 oil under the seat, he said he did change the oil! And also included was a bunch of nuts and bolts.
I'm thinking the headlight panel isn't original, but I'm not sure.
But the deck sure is nice
