I have a rockshaft for a NF tractor w/electric lift (100% positive) on my 100, and the dimension you asked for measures 2 5/8" on my rockshaft. From the pictures I have, it looks like the center of the tab that the cylinder attaches to (on the rockshaft) matches up with or is very close to the outside face of the tractor's framerail.
