I was hoping Merk would post the picture of the Haban mower. It looks like you would have to build an attachment that would be designed around the constraints of the rear PTO. The gear reduction in front of the transmission, along with the possibility of a creeper being used changes the speed on the PTO given both gear reductions are in front of the power input for the rear PTO.

Now, that being said, don't let it discourage you from building (or modifing) an attachment you want or need as there are ways to get the function of a rear PTO without the typical layout & design that we commonly think of when we talk about a rear PTO. Both of the tractors that Merk posted are excellent examples of this. The benefit of the going the route of the QL tractor shown is that (and I'm assuming now) most of the parts used are standard Cub parts, so if something breaks down the road, you wouldn't have to fabricate up a new part.
