Well I am kinda new to the Cub Cadet world.

I recently purchaced a restored Cub "Original" and I found out that I need a new 2nd speed gear 36 tooth in the transmission. I have never done transmission work before and was wondering if I should attempt this myself or have someone else do it for me. Or do I need special tools ??

Any help would be great
