When you are doing a post and want to isntall a picture you will need to click on the paper clip in the tool bar above and browse your files for the picture you want to upload. Once you pick the picture and you have the file location in the window you will then click on the upload button. The picture will then be uploaded to to the site if the size of the picture is correct. If it is too big it won't upload. You will have to resize the picture to make it work. If it uploads then you will close that window and then re-click on the paper clip again and you will see your picture file listed. Click on the picture file name and it will appear in the text window as an attachment. Click on preview post to make sure it worked. If so then click on submit post.

You can also use a web photo hosting site and upload your pictures there and then use the img. address and copy and paste it here in your text window. I use photobucket.com. There are other free sites available too.
