The solenoid on the carb is more of an air cut off then a gas shut off but i guess it's suppose to do the same thing to a degree. I found a site that sells kohler parts and looked it up and it shows a picture of the solenoid. and with the throttle it revs up good it's just when i idle it down it doesn't idle down right away it just does slowly. It'll take maybe 4 seconds for it to idle down after i move the throttle down.
