Make sure that the tension pullies do not have bad bearings, make sure the pullies aren't worn out, make sure the tension is right, and that both pullies are even with each other. If one is too far back or too far forward, the belt will jump off. Is it jumping off at the PTO or at the mower? Or at the tension pullies? If you can tell us that we might be able to help you.
