First check and make sure the bottom pully is not loose, I belive all that hold it in place is a C-clip or a snap ring.

Make sure the bottom pully is not bent.

If every things checks out you might need new belts as they do wear out.
I end up replaceing my belts on my 3235 every other year and I only use my tractor for snow removal and tilling the garden, I do not mow with it as I dont have a deck for it.
