Merk and 67 Hydro (Jason)....Thanks for the pictures!! That helps a lot. I'm curious, too, about the tube at the top of the cleavis fitting. Is that for an implement rod? My brochure states that if you have a 42" blade, that the rod will need to be reworked (cut).....is that tube for an implement rod, Jason? I'll need to modify mine to fit....I think. I don't think that I will have to do that with my CW36 snow blower rod, though. It is in the process of being blasted and powder coated.
Merk, I like how you have reworked/modified your shroud. That looks professionally done. Now, I wish my tractor was as cleaned up and reconditioned as much as yours!! I don't think that I will drill those two holes in the shroud either---If it's not broke....don't fix it!!!
Jason, the pictures that you showed with the overhead view of the unit were a big help.......particularly the one that showed how you had re-routed your wiring harness, because the manual I have wasn't very clear with respect to how I should re-route the harness. I appreciate your pictures that you took......hope you didn't get too dirty in your good clothes!!! I plan on getting the drill to the metal this weekend if I have time after attending a tractor show in Portland, Indiana......Merk, that's not too far from your stomping ground!!!! Maybe you can make it!!!
Thanks again for all of your extra assistance.
With much appreciation,
