The lights are sealed with some kind of epoxy. I don't think trying to move the holes in them is a good idea. Most people probably would never notice they are not centered, but things like that stand out to me. I think I will get over it. 
It was not dark enough to show how bright they are in that picture. When I get the rest of them wired ,I will take a night shot.
