I have repaired the pin and replaced the arm on the right mule drive pulley. Ran out of daylight and too tired to run a drop light. I'll be sure to take out any twists when I put the belt back on.

CD , Looked your pics over some more and i am talking about the brace in the back of the frame , my belts go under that brace. Looks like yours is on top of the brace.
I'll check the belt again, but I didn't see any interference or touching of any components.
Thanks for all the help. I was beginning to get worried!
