I have been trying to respond, but keep getting the ole 500 error..
at anyrate, they are offset so that when your right tires are in the furrow, the plow will actually be sitting straight up and down. When mounted and the tractor is sitting on flat ground the plow will actually tilt to the left. I have no idea how many degrees of tilt is built in, but it needs to be there.
As for finding the part, they are located more to the bottom of the cub parts page. It runs @ $42 I think. They are there, just keep your eyes open.
