Per the Serial Number Chart..... Chart, it was made in Sep of 1980.

Breaking down the serial number

205 = Product code for Garden Tractors
0594 = Product code for the Actual Model (in your case a 782 w/hydraulics or 784)
U = Made in the USA
675819 = The actual sequential serial number
