I went to Sears and got the cheaper of the two compression testers that they sell. Looks to be pretty well made. I got 90 psi cold on both cylinders on my magnum 18. I read that the engine should be 90psi minimum. I am not sure where this leaves me. I could not find the spec for a new magnum. I am sure someone on here knows the number.
So is it time to look at a rebuild or re-power. I am leaning towards putting a command 22 into this. Most of the parts I need can be gotten from people parting out the late cyclops models. If I do the project I will make sure to take lots of pictures since everyone likes them so much.
