Looks great I need something like that.

Now on with the concrete, I do this for a living so there is nothing like the smell of concrete in the morning,always plan ahead what you want to add to your shop.Putting in a lift requires extra concrete under the support pillars,ask the lift company what is required.Pour at least 6" of concrete over the floor and put a vapor barrier under it first,under that at least 4" of 3/4 stone.Include expansion joints around the perimeter and section off the floor with them also.Plan on at least 16 to 17 yards of concrete for your building,that is two trucks so it may be better getting at least 3 helpers,unless you are not poring it all at once. Doing 1/2 the floor one weekend and the other on another is a little easier if you have less help.We always use fiber mesh concrete,no need for wire mesh in the floor.It very strong stuff.Most of your power,tel and cable should come in from outside the building through the wall.It is up to you how you want to run it throughout the building.
