Thanks for your input, I ended up getting the fuse out. It was harder to unscrew than I thought it should be which is why I thought it might not be a fuse. I was afraid of breaking it. It looked ok to me. The new switch will be here in a few days maybe that will help. I also saw some videos about having too large a "air gap" in the front PTO clutch so if the new switch doesn't work I might check the tolerance on the clutch.
