Push Blade Trip
I was blading some dirt off my sidewalk, and every time it tripped, the center pivot pin would drop so the blade and tunnel would come apart. I would then have to take the springs off put everything back together then put the springs back on. I haven't had this problem before. Why is it doing this all the sudden? Is something broke or missing?

I don't have any crystal ball....maybe these pictures can help you spot the trouble on your dozer. Make sure you have cotter pins on both ends of the horizontal pivot (blade trip) and a large castle nut with cotter on bottom of vertical pivot. Look for broken welds or flanges. Sorry, the lighting wasn't too good.
