I have been out of town the past few days, took Cub #1 with me to do some mowing. It drove me crazy, seems I did NOT fix it via the clutch safety switch.
Must be the ignition or PTO switch. I have the advantage of pulling parts off of my other Cubs to test for bad parts. This helps with electrical troubleshooting, but only the carbs for the fuel delivery issues. I am back on Cub #2 and #3 tomorrow. Thank you for all replies during this frustrating time. It's a big help to me.

They sure can be frustrating at times.
My generalizations when troubleshooting: If it's not getting spark, it's usually the points that aren't making good contact, no 12V to the coil primary, or a fouled plug If it's not running without the choke on, it's usually time to : 1) remove the fuel line to make sure that plenty of gas is entering the carb from the tank (keep a jar or can around to catch the gas that will probably leak out) or 2) It's time to remove the carb, take the float bowl off and blow out the passages with compressed air (starting by shooting air back into the jet opening to blow out any dirt back out the fuel intake port) You got this!
