Talking Pretty nice score tonight..
So I was cruising craigslist and found an ad for a 104 and 1650. I made the short trip to the guy(30 mins from the house) and picked up the 104. This machine has hydraulics-that work!, 3 point lift minus the sleeve hitch, front snow/push blade and it fires right up. Along with it came some pretty neat paperwork. So I made an offer, he countered, I countered and we agreed on $220 for the whole dang thing and it includes a deck..Only a couple issues, wrong steering wheel, seat is loose, clutch bearing is shot, and pto clutch bearing is locked up. All in all just a little bit of expense for a pretty solid machine..I scored a good one...

Good deal! The hydraulics are worth way more than what you paid for the whole tractor.

pretty cool lets see who can get there cub restored first.even though i have a head start u still could finish first .money on this end is going fast.
