Default Cub Cadet Carry All

Does anyone have a pattern...or a lot of photos...of a home made carry all that mounts to the back of your Cub?
I saw some photos, and I'm thinkin' that I may need one of those things!

Yep...I saw those pictures. I was hoping to find out more about the frame work that the boards are mounted on and how it's attached to the hitch. Can you raise and lower it or is it stationary?

My Dad is the one who made the metal framework for the orginal carry-all on my 100. The carry-all is mounted to my 100's 3 point hitch. It raises and lowers that same as any sleeve hitch mounted attachments.

I have 2 different plaforms/boards that I can use.
One is the working deck

and the other one is for shows only.

The working platforms/boards is made of plywood and chipboard.
The show platforms/boards is from 2 inch wide oak flooring. Two metal strips and 4 bolts (2 on each side) holds the oak flooring together. A groove piece of wood allows the platforms/boards to slid off and on.

Dad sold 2 carry-alls at Red Power. Both need to be built. Contact me if anyone is interrested in a carry-all.

I think I'm gonna build a Cat-0 version for my diesel. That thing looks handy.

Merk,... not to change the subject, but,... what is mounted just behind the S/G on your 100? It looks like a pump of some sort, is it for the 3 pt.?

Thanks,
RoninKS

It is a hydraulic lift system. It replaces the lift arm. The hydraulic system is an option for all narrow frame Cubs.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
