Larry papaglide does but he has been busy and hasn't been on in while. Send me a pm with your email and I'll the kwik-way manual for your 1872. Have you checked out CADPlan's site yet? Some sweet designs there! From a fellow member to boot!

That was a sweet tractor, I wish I would have had the room for it when I got the 127.

yes it is a really nice tractor. and it sure does take up alot of room. the tractor runs and operates great. I'm taking it to plow days next weekend, also taking my 1650, and 312-8 hope to have fun this will be my first time. i have the 12" brinly set up for the 1882 and a 10" brinly for the 1650.

Default There was a narrow frame FEL on ebay last night

I saw a narrow frame FEL on ebay last night that he was asking $750 obo. It looked like it was all there but since I don't have a NF I didn't pay too much attention. I built a CAD design FEL and it was a good design. I had almost $2250 in it by the time I finished. However I did buy the steel pieces pre-cut and drilled. The holes were cut with a CNC plasma cutter and were so good they looked like they had been drilled. Some of the holes were almost two inches in diameter like where the front cross bar goes from arm to arm. I ran into only one welding issue and that was when welding the two long side plates for the two arms onto the arms. They are about an inch wider than the arms so that other parts can be inserted between the plates. I found that when welding a long straight bead that it will pull the two side plates inward and you lose the required dimension. It took some pounding to get the gap to open up enough to insert the arms. Other than that it was a lot of fun and the thing really worked great. I used a four gallon tank from Northern with a built in filter and a pump on the front PTO. It was not a take on and off easily gadget though. Once on, I left the tractor dedicated to the FEL.Power steering would be a great asset if you have it and so would a foot operated go pedal. You will also require water in the wheels, dual if able, and rear weights if you plan on lifting anything of any size. If you are right handed like me you probably want the FEL controls on the right side but if you don't have a foot pedal then you might want to consider the left so that you can work the FEL and the go lever at the same time.It was one of the best projects I ever built and loved every minute of it. I even painted the old flying tigers shark face on each side of the bucket and the kids in the neighborhood loved it. I promise you will enjoy it.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
