My boss gave me this. It definitely won't fit the Cub with out some fab work. but hey, a bottle of blueberry wine and ordered his son a golf club off e-pay (he gave me the money) was the price I paid.

Bolens parts are bringing really good $$$ you could probably sell and buy a Cub blade. My Dad has an HT23 and finding parts and implements for it is a lot worse that Cubs.

I agree with Don. Sell the Bolens and then buy a CC or IH blade. Think of all the guys on the other forums that are looking for that blade and how much they are willing to pay. Plus you would be conserving a piece that is not being made any longer for future project guys like us.

I have a bolens G10. I also say sell it to buy a cc blade.
In my neck of the woods there are NO bolens attachments around, and even less parts. ![]()

I had one identical to that blade-Bolens. I painted it JD yellow and it fit my old JD STX38, as it will fit a lot of other box store mowers. You shouldn't have a hard time selling that at all-but I would wait until fall and a quick restore so that it will bring more $$.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
