Default New guy from Michigan
Well almost. I'm moving from southern California to Michigan next month and need to up-size from a push-reel mower to a something that will work for a house on an acre.

I've been considering both new and used tractors and found the forum while doing some research.

At the moment, I think I'm looking for something that will handle a decent size mower deck that can also be accessorized for winter with a blade and/or snowblower.

I really like the idea of a Cub Lo-boy as well.

Nice to have you Joel! Here at Only Cub Cadets you will see many of these garden tractors in many different equipment set up's. These garden tractors are individual to each of us , so you may hear different answers as to which one is the best, lol! There is no real answer to that question. I'm sure you can find a Cub Cadet that best suits your specific needs, yard size, and weather conditions.

Joel,

what part of Michigan are you moving to? What do you plan on doing with your cub? Mowing only duties or gardening as well?

We're moving to Brighton, just north of Ann Arbor, east of Howell

The cub will be used for general mowing, snow clearance, maybe some gardening.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester.
