Default 1811 belt???

I recently got my 1811 back running when I purchased and installed a new pto clutch. Now I need to replace the deck belt and I found that part number (954-3005).' Im trying to find the belt/part number for the belt that goes from the pto clutch to the top of the outside of the mower deck.

Thanks

Kyle

What deck do you have? Assuming that you have a 50C it looks like you need a 954-3003A

aren't those belts about 15-$20 at tractor supply? $51 seems really high. not sure where I have seen them but there are some good cross references for gates belts online. TS also has the measuring tool if your old belt is still whole

Agreed, I went to tractor supply and got a "husky" brand blue belt. 89" I think it was. You will have a little adjustment on your mule drive tension pulleys if you need to. Good luck, TB

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
