Default Clinton 700A Valves needed

Hey Guys,
I know this is a Cub Cadet forum but thought I would take my changes and ask a question. I have a Clinton 700A motor that needs new valves. Im hoping someone might have what I need. The original part number for the exhaust valve is 3031 which crosses to the IBM 291-1-990. The original part number for the intake valve is 3032 which crosses to the IBM 291-3-990. I have checked several sites and found nothing.

Thanks everyone!
Matt K.

Might be worth a phone call to them. Possible lead to another source or a valve that could be substituted from a different engine manufacturer.

When typing in the IBM valve numbers on Ebay search, leave out the abbreviation "IBM" but include the word "valve". The letters IBM seems to kill the hits because it is not used in the listing.

For example:
291-1-990 valve

-or-

291-3-990 valve

You'll find a couple of one type valves available but not the other (I forget which was the intake and the exhaust) However, you should also look in completed listing for unsold valves that has not been relisted. I believe there is one valve that has not been relisted that you may contact the seller with hopes of a sale........ and you'll find a couple valves that have been sold.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
