Good luck with all of your requests... All hard to find, best bet would be to place an ad in the for sale/wanted section of the site.

Tines available from Cub Cadet still, about $10 each. IHCCW or Charlie(CC Specialties) has them

Extensions do come up on ebay from time to time as do the plates for your planter. I've heard others say that their tines are "worn out" not exactly sure how worn tines need to be before they can be considered worn out. I believe that unless they bend when they engage the ground or are completely worn away they will work. IIRC at least two of my tillers have BADLY worn tines, but they still work very well. I would be interested to know if anyone has had a tiller with tines that were worn badly enough that they no longer worked well.

Mine are badly worn, to the point of very little metal left where the tines curve, but it still tills surprisingly well. New tines on it by spring if I can fnd the cash...metal shop could duplicate those extensions

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
