guide wheels on 38C deck

Anyone add gauge wheels to a 38" deck? My 50" had them added front and rear, and it really helped on the few areas of my yard where it transitions a bit. The skids on the 38" just don't work out that well.

I never got much interest when selling the 50" deck, so I thought of just cutting them off, but still don't think that is the best idea. I have also considered the brackets from xtrememotorworks, which are really nice.

I might just make them....can anyone offer some experiences? Think it makes sense to do front, rear, or both??

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester.
