This is a David Bradley Planter and 7 inch plow that I traded for this weekend.
I was really after the planter itself but he threw in the plow and 3 point with it. The planter has all the plates and fertelizer box. The only thing missing is the chain that drives the fertlizer box but i should be able to find one of those. Ive been looking for a planter for awhile now and finely got one. I might have to give the guys at extreme motor works a call and get a cat 0 for one of my 1650s or 782.

It says David Bradley on the tags and says made by sears. I think sears sold David Bradley along with Sears. I say it would fit either. I wish the 3 point wold fit a cub but I dont think it will.

When you talk to extreme motor works, ask about fitment with their products.

I want it, I want it, I want it.
That planter is soooo coool. And by the way Sears did sell David Bradley for years. I would have thought that a catagory 0 3 point would be the same no matter who made it, maybe not, interesting point. |

Can anyone find that old post I would put it on my 104 if it would fit they look like a really neat outfit. Looks to me like the arm that is used to raise it would hit the fender or something. Some one out there might have a picture of one installed on a cub they can share.

That looks cool! Im going to try to do that. All I will have to do is extend the lift handle like he did.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
