Default newbie from MI that forgot pics!

Sorry fellas, when I originally posted a while back I forgot pics. And if tthere is one thing I've learned here is that you don't make friends if you don't post pics!
So here they are. The nice clean 149 is my runner. I have a 50" deck for it and a snowthrower also. The second 149 is a new acquisition that was supposed to be just a parts tractor, but its not going to take much to get it running again. You eagle eyes will notice the Carb gone cause it had been sitting in a barn for quite some time and got so gummy that it wouldn't start.
I think I'm going to restore it while the other plows the driveway this winter.
Enjoy the pics!

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
