Default Rat rod (cub)
Been checking out rat rods on you tube, pretty cool rides.
So was thinking what is your most used unrestored (rat rod) cub.
This is my Original. Looks rough, but runs like a new one

Todd,
Did you clear coat that to protect the patina? I have a couple but not in running order. If i don't do something soon the one I mow with is going to look like yours. I have been busy but will try to give you a call this week.

The one I can think of off hand is Dad's 125.



He's had it for 30+ years and since he's a mechanic he's got it to work but it's not "factory" anymore. A PO rolled it so he had to get another fiberglass dash piece (hence why it says 105), a dash tin from a 1X6/7 series, a mule drive from a 122 cuz a PO cut the quick release off, and a seat from a quietline.

Maybe it's not so much a "rat rod" but a Frankencub.

I like the rat rod idea. I also like a good clean factory look, they spent thousand if not millions of dollars to get what the masses would like. But rat rod is what you have to work with and you and few others like.
Now for some idea's for the rat rod cub's name. Cobbed cub's ?

All true ratrod Cub Cadets will be required to have a propane injected, spark ignited, exhaust header tip.
