Jump start with seat safety switch
Does the seat need to be down when I jump start my 1211 or can it be flipped up? think I have a battery going bad.

As per the diagram I sent you, the brake pedal (neutral safety switch) has to be depressed and that is it.
This of course, is considered if the tractor is wired as it left the factory.

As far as I know its factory wiring,I got it started ok without jumping in earlier,drove it around for about 10 -15 min ran good no smoke. prob gonna use it as my plow tractor this winter,going to switch the rear wheels and tires off my 1200 (AGS)might load them and put my weights back on. The rear lift works on it too,the po kept the lift arms! Dirty devil then next spring I will start on the painting of it making it a 1282.
