Default 1st snow of the year
We got our 1st real snow today. Somewhere between 6"+8" of heavy wet stuff. We are probably going to get some more ice behind it tonight. As usual I cleared the community private drive with my 1872 Super. No real action shots as I was outside alone like normal.

The snow.


Stopped in the road for some pics while clearing. As close to an action shot as I could get!




This stuff was heavy. The Super actually had to work a bit to move it when I had a full blade.

Gotta say I love having a cab. It was dropping freezing rain as I was finishing up. The fan works great in the cab. I forgot to turn it on and the window fogged in just a couple of minutes. Turned on the fan and no further window issues!

If it was much more icy I would have had to put on the chains to get up the hill.

A super with a cab. I'd be praying for snow. Nice! I have a blower for my 1863 but I would like to get a front blade for lighter snow ( if I can ever find one)do you prefer a blade?
