Default Winter wonderland blahs

Last night we got 8" of new snow which is now being blown into drifts by a 25 mph wind. Earlier this winter I thought it was beautiful now it just gives me the blahs. Please make it stop.

After two days of 45° weather with sun, now we have blizzard conditions with "white out". Local schools dismissing at 12:45PM due to weather. Come Friday, they say it will be back to mid 40°'s again. I hope this is winter last fling.

Yeah, they were calling for 3-5" here last night. Woke up this morning to nothing, then I get to work and it starts coming down. I think we got about 1" then it quit.

X2 Roland. After that taste of warmer weather I'm crossing my fingers and toes.

It is supposed to start changing to snow anytime now here. Been raining all morning. The temp is supposed to drop and then here comes the snow. Hopefully they are wrong!

School bus got stuck in front of the house this afternoon. The 784 came to the rescue. After about 45 minutes of clearing the snow around the bus, he managed to "rock it out". Nothing like having one tough a$$ Cub Cadet.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
