So picked these AG tires up off CL for pretty cheap, but they have overspray on the tires. I was going to use lacquer thinner to try to get it off, but thought you guys might have another/better way. I don't want to damage the tires in the process.

Ive had good luck with brake cleaner getting paint off tires, spray it on the rag not the tire or you might take the paint off the wheels.

Super Kleen (available in Wal-Mart, purple container for about $7). It will remove grass grime, dirt, grease, paint, etc and I have never had any damage on my tires from it. Wear googles and latex gloves as it will remove the oil off of your skin, too!
I haven't tried it on tires yet, but PB Blaster removed my overspray on my lift arm. Cub Cadet 123

If you have a sandblaster a light dusting will take it right off. It will also take off the dull layer leaving the tire nice and black.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
