Default Snow blade?

I have a lead on a snow blade. My question is, it was on a 104 and I have a 127 will it fit? I am very new to the Cub world and all I know is they are both Narrow Frames but do not know if all NF parts are interchangeable or not.

It will work. NF attachments fit NF's.

Now, there are QA (quick attach) attachments, and bolt on. Tractors with QA brackets can use the bolt on stuff too, but tractors without the QA brackets cannot use QA attachments. The QA came out in the 1X4/5 series.

Thanks J-Mech. Now the water is no longer muddy it's just cloudy. So how can I tell by pictures if its a QA blade or not, and did the 127 have the QA set up?

If you can't, we can. Just post pics.

The 104 and the 127 are both QA machines.

Click on the picture of my 122 with my QA-42 snow thrower on it.

I just used my QA straps and bolted it right up.

Here's my 125 with an early dirt blade bolted up

Nobody told me it wasn't supposed to work

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
