Glad to be home!
For those who didn't know, I've been in Chicago for a couple weeks working. I do travel quite a bit, but not the kind of travel where I have to stay for long periods of time. Usually same-day or one night deals. It's nice to be home! I feel for you guys who do it on a regular basis. Hats off to all the military men and women who leave their families for months, or even years, to serve. Thank you guys! My own desk chair never felt so good!

Of coarse..... being gone with the family at home also means that I have a list of stuff to do now. I get here and the GF says, "My van won't warm up." Haven't got to it yet and she went to work early.... but pretty sure it needs a radiator and a t-stat. Nice.....

Good thing to be home. If you need to hide from the honey do chores you can drive the 25 miles up to see me. Got some things to show you and the shop is warm.

I bought a 1864, it's just grown from there. The Cubs have replaced old Chevys as my hobby/passion. The only car I have left is a '67 Chevelle wagon. Seems like a good trade off. I can put five Cubs where one car sat and there are no titles or license to fool with! Tim

Glad ur home safe. Lol. I know the feeling, while I was in OH we got 8" of snow n she won't run my cub. Then she tells me the front end of her Durango was falling out, so when I got home, (after going on a test drive to pick up a tractor) I replaced most of the front end, got an alignment and all is good now. There is no place like home.

Thanks Tim! I know I keep saying I'll make the trip. Unfortunately... We have a b-day party for one of the kids tonight. I have to unload my tools, and pick up my kids here early this afternoon. Sounds like you picked up some more cool stuff I need to see!! How's the loader coming along?
