New member from Southern Wisconsin
Hi everyone, my name is Phil I am from Southern Wisconsin. Recently purchased a Cub model 72.
Fortunately this was pretty well taken care of by the previous owner. It is almost in as delivered condition. Supposedly it has an 8HP motor, as the story goes the 7HP went bad and was replaced under warranty with the 8HP. It has had the yellow paint freshened up, and I added the fenders. I also think it has original tires, but they will need to go soon I can't believe they hold air. For projects, it does need a new trailer hitch, when I tow my trailer it almost drags on the ground. Also I have a 38" deck for it, but the center spindle bearing is shot and the previous owner did some welding to the top of it so I can't take it apart to change the bearings. I would be open to suggestions on those two items.
