Default 102 Bent Steering Shaft
My newly acquired 102, appears to have a bent steering shaft, at the top, where the wheel sits. I'd wager to bet it was rolled tipped over at some point. I an in the process of pulling the steering wheel to assess it more. Has anyone ever encountered/fixed this short of finding a replacement part? I know I need to remove it from the assembly so I don't crack the aluminum parts.

It won't be easy to straighten that out. I'd just replace it. Too much work for such an easy part to get.

I agree with Jon. Steering column's are easily found and no matter how hard you try you probably won't get it perfectly straight.
