Hi All this is my first post on the forum.
I am the happy owner of, I think, a Cub cadet. model#105 serial#24013.
hydrostatic Trans. what year do you all think it is? what have I got here? the last time I used it it ran just fine. today I went to mow the grass, and nothing. I started ok but when I pushed the lever in the foward position it would not move. foward or reverse. what do I look for?
and can you still get parts for the Hydrostatic trans? if they are avable what would be the best sorce?

First, welcome to our Forum.........

The 105 (S/N 218010 - 306085) was built between Nov '67 to Aug '69.

My guess, is that you sheared a pin in the Coupler at the Hydro Input shaft. Check to see if the hydro input shaft revolves when the motor is running.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester.
