Mini tiller project
I decided to mount my old front tine tiller to my 3-point so I could sit down and use it. I removed the handles and made a hitch that bolts on using the same holes. Then, I moved the throttle and engagement levers where they are accessible from the seat. It probably won't work as good as a Cub tiller but since I already had it the price was right. It's been way too wet to try it out.

Nice job!
A buddy of mine did something similar on his JD-GT a few years ago and it worked really well. Your offset looks better than his - he had to reset his to match his tire track better. A word of warning though - with your single point mount, be real careful of large rocks and roots - my buddy's almost twisted itself off when it got hung up in a thick root! Action pics please!

That thing is sweet!! Excellent use of what parts you had around along with your motivation for going thru with the project. Can't wait to see how well it works. If anything it'll give you a bit more seat time.

Good idea, was thinking about trying that myself....I don't have an old front tine tiller laying around, but they are plentiful and cheap on craigs list! I had thought about getting two of them and making if as wide as the tractor! I got to get my tractor up and running before experimenting with tillers!
