Default Oil fill
I picked up a spare k301 to replace my oil burner k301A until I rebuild it. This ones serial plate is very worn but appears to be spec #43347b. Can anyone tell where the dipstick/oil fill might be. I know I'm tired, but I swear it just isn't to be found. The oil pans on both look the same. The dipstick/fill on the original stands tall to see any help finding this one would be greatly appreciated. -John

Did this k 301 come from other than a cub cadet?

I cant remember which model and will check with the guy I got it from but definatelya cub cadet.

The problem is, the all K301 engine have a spec number start with 47xxx. So, thinking you mistyped the spec number, I ran "47347" and nothing popped up.

SO...looks like you will have to re-examine that spec number and post back.

The motor came off a 127. The data plate is nearly unreadable but I will have my son take a shot at getting the spec number.
