Onan ?
Onan BF-MS 2833D. Pulse fuel pump built into carb. Will not pull fuel. I have rebuilt the carb and pump with all new parts. My though is the pulse is too weak from the valve cover. Is their some where else that that I can pick up the pulse? Any ideas/suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.

You sure it's not just having trouble priming? That's common after a rebuild.
No, pulse will be the same no matter where you pick it up from. If the pulse is that weak, then the motor is shot. I doubt weak pulse is the issue. Edit: I suppose there could be an issue with the vent valve. I'm not too familiar with the Onans. I've worked on them, but not much. Most all small engines have a reed valve. It could be a problem with it. I'd try pouring gas down the carb to get it to run a bit and see if it starting picking up fuel. |

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
