Default How to get use out of a Garden Tractor?

Hello! With the help of this forum, I have my old 3225 running great, and I am anxious to get some use out of it. Tore down the motor and installed new gaskets and governor, so it now runs good as new. I replaced the transmission and put on new ag tires. I found a seller that was parting out a 3208 and got a triple spool, levers, and hydraulics. Also am getting new sheet metal that will make my tired old machine look nearly as good as new. Installed a sleeve hitch, and I also found a hydraulic front hitch that I am thinking of getting.

So, my wife asked, after spending hundreds and hundreds of dollars to fix up this old tractor that no longer has a mower deck, what am I going to do with it to get my money's worth out of it? I, unfortunately, did not have an answer. She made a valid point though. What are some ways I can get some use out of this beast of a machine? I have a 2-acre yard in a rural subdivision, but other than mowing, how are some of you using your old garden tractors that you have worked so hard to keep repaired and maintained? I want to enjoy this machine, but also see that my hundreds of dollars spent can easily turn into thousands if I am not careful.

Plow your garden
Pull a cart

Attend a garden tractor show.
Attend a plow day and plow.

All above are great suggestions. I find myself pulling a cart around the yard with tools in it or collecting branches and twigs or hauling mulch. There are so many uses a bind for my tractor and yard cart

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
