"Here’s my wife Nancy’s 1961 Original.
I picked it up a few months ago off of CL. Didn’t run but had potential to be a good trailer pulling tractor for the wife.

I did the normal carb cleaning and rebuilt the steering with the help of our man Duke for the parts. I then did the valves and cleaned the cylinder head buttoned it up and it runs pretty decent. It’s going to be staying in it’s work clothes, as is.

My little contribution to the wife. Now if she would just smile!"

Happy Day! Congrats on the POTW! Todd , Why didn't ya have the camera ready to catch that smile? Now you'll just have to BUY HER ANOTHER TRACTOR and try again for another POTW !!!!!!

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester.
