Default 44C cone spacer
Looking for some thoughts. I have a 44C deck and I replaced the bearings and seals. It is possible that the cone spacer has worn somehow and preventing the blade from spinning? Looking for specs on the cone spacer.

I have the upper and the lower in for sure

There is one about 3/4" long that goes between the bearings to give them the proper clearance. Maybe one of the outside races is not seated all the way.
