Default 1541 plow machine (diesel catcher)
Went to mountians of PA, picked up a 1541 that had set out alot. rusty for age but hydro was stout and so was (18hp) engine. seat was a mess also!
I think it will make a good plow machine! The plan is to remove rear gas tank,
clearence for 27-12-12 mud hogs, home made lift from wide frame rock shaft,frame draw plate stock,nf drag link modified. round fenders from cub 73,or wheel horse heres the beginning shot,soon to be heard by those diesel boys!!! LOL

Plan stage is over now. Is plan more than a dream? Photo 1: shows 830 gas tank/battery mod. , lower left shows lift rod for rear sleve hitch.
photo:2 shows modified stock frame hitch plate, need to drill 5/16 holes, wf rock shaft with brake brackets from 782.
photo: 3 shows round fenders fit like glove no mods needed, 2 inch clearence between frame & fender, 1 inch clearence above brake rods.

Looks like going to fly ok!!!

I have always wanted to put a set of round fenders on an 82 series. It is going to look great.
