Default Plow Day Sept. 4

Local tractor group where I live is having a plow day Sept. 4. This plow day is for garden tractors, big tractors and horse/mule plow teams. They have 120 acres to plow. The location for the plow site is 11339 Feasby Wisener Rd. Van Wert, Ohio.

There is a planning meeting this Tuesday that I'm going to. I will pass on any infomation from that meeting. As of now I don't have a start time to post. I should a start time after the meeting Tuesday.

My email address is in my profile if you have any questions.

I wish I was closer and I had a plow for one of my Cub Cadets. I would definitely try and make it if I was closer.

Default Plow day

I hope to see you there. I have a 102 I am bringing and possibly a 125. I only have enough weights for one tractor for right now. I am coming from Marysville. Look me up if you can. I have plowed before, but have not had good luck since I am only plowing a garden not a field.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
