Default Aluminum billet cover from Kirk engine ?

Got the Bosch coil, pretty yellow coil wire & point saver for my #109. So far have read nothing but good comments about these. Soooooooooo,

I was wondering about the billet cover they offer? Does it really do the job described?

Do you have one installed & if you do have you noticed a difference in what it supposed to do?
Besides being pretty pink!
Thanks in advance,

NIK,

Whats a lighter wallet worth if it does this as claimed? I like this concept if it works? DUNNNO?

Breather cover allows remote routing of breather gasses, keeping exterior of engine clean. Unrestricted passage lets engine breathe more freely, keeping oil cleaner.

Fuel pump cover matches breather cover perfectly, for that detailed, quality look.

Knowing David Kirk for a while now, it will do what he says, and he has quality parts.

You have to decide if the value is there, for you.

I have been wanting to get one for my 128, simply for the reason stated. It will help keep oil vapor and gunk from building up on the block.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
